My name is Viktoria Arazyan and I am a Registered Psychotherapist providing teletherapy to clients living in Ontario.
Aligned Mind Therapy began as a seed of an idea nearly 10 years ago. From a young age, I understood how important it was to feel accepted in my authentic self. Yet, I often felt pressure to meet expectations and fit into certain molds. Still, there were moments in honest conversations when I felt truly seen and understood. Those moments fuelled my curiosity in psychology and my passion for psychotherapy.
As a woman and a first-generation immigrant, I also know how quickly we learn to tell ourselves stories that help us feel safe, accepted, and connected to others, even when those stories ask us to shrink or hide parts of who we are. Finding a space where you can show up as your full self is often challenging, and that experience has shaped my commitment as a therapist.
Aligned Mind Therapy was created to be that kind of space: one grounded in safety, transparency, and growth. My goal is to build a relationship with you where you feel secure enough to express yourself in your truest form. I hope to empower you to reconnect with yourself, find grounding within, and create a life that feels aligned rather than conflicted.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and over the past 5 years I’ve worked with diverse populations, including couples and individuals navigating relational challenges, depression, anxiety, traumatic brain injuries, emotional regulation, and suicidal ideation.
I have gratitude for each client who trusts me with their inner world
I know how much courage it takes to reach out and open up to someone who is initially a stranger to you. After you take this step, you can expect that I will show up with warmth, curiosity, skill, and honesty. Together we will develop coping tools, question the stories that sustain unhelpful patterns, and build healthier ways of connecting with yourself and others.
